What has your doctor said about it? If you’re relocating and can’t postpone it until after you deliver you don’t have much choice in how you get there.

For me saying yes or your body and this is right then go by me to your doctor if were you and what is best you are too sensitive for me to tell you because do what he says it is something you should.

The problem isn’t getting enough rest on the flight, but with the change of pressure during the flight. Most airlines will not even let you travel when you are in your 3rd trimester, so I would check with the airline first of all to see if they will even let you go. They aren’t below stopping you after you’ve gotten to the airport.
If the airline will let you go, then you need to check with your doctor. With the placenta prev, the pressure could cause you to start bleeding or cause other problems. The most common problem caused by the pressure change is premature labor. You would be in real trouble if you went in to labor with your placenta prev. If your doctor gives the okay, get a signed note saying so. You still might have problems once you get to the airport because different personnel will be more or less strict.
If all else fails and you must go overseas, think about booking on a cargo ship. I’ve heard they are nicer than cruises.
