Nicaragua is cheap and there is surfing a beautiful volcanoes. Also they have the corn islands which is on the Caribbean. Costa rica is Touristy, so it is more expensive. But they have great beaches. mexico is mexico. it is very touristy and expensive. I would recommend Nicaragua.You would have alot of fun. It all depends what you want to. The country has a rich culture. I would go to Playa del Carmen, as it is a great beach and its close to the famous Mayan ruins of Chichenitza and Tulum. Besides, everyone speaks English in these tourist spots in Mexico. Costa Rica is pretty nice too, especially if you are more into nature. The beaches are just as good. It's probably less touristy.
