See 1st site below and read the section titled “By Car.” 2nd site is a blog with many comments on this subject. 3rd site info makes it look like it is no at all possible. 4th site offers a bit of hope. Anyway, there is no longer a ferry, and you have to find a bot to take you. This can be vey risky…as these sites all say.
