Countries of South America

We would spend 2-3 weeks at the locations. South Africa would involve visits to Capetown, Victoria Falls, game reserves, and Johannesburg. Or if we choose South America, we would spend it in Tierra del Fuego, Patagonia and then a week or so on a cruise to Antartica and tracking Shackleton’s journey.

My wife and I are experience travelers and young/active. We tend to stay in more upscale facilities but have no problem getting off the beaten track to see something spectacular. (Last year we spent two weeks on a riverboat in Cambodia seeing the rural countryside. It is highly recommended!)

People with experience in both locations would be particularly appreciated.
