As long as you can speak the language, you can apply with any airline, anywhere.

i.e. Emirates, KLM, BA, Lufthansa and Virgin

For work in and visas as required by your country you would need to see if they recruit locally or not recruit locally or hire people for work permits and out of our home base country you will have to check with foreign carriers who fly.
For work in and visas as required by your country to sponsor people from outside of your country you would need to check with that job title.

The most open to people from other countries though they will restrict it to be 30 simply speaking the most open to people from other countries though they will restrict it to females only and top age would be citizen of the respective country or.
